That can include pain and suffering and pain that you experienced from a doctor’s negligence. It can include lost wages — past and future wages. It can include medical expenses — past and future medical expenses.

In a wrongful death or a death cause of action, that would include damages related to the person that has died as a result of negligence. There are also procured claims for a spouse, loss of consortium and household services and so forth.
