Of Counsel

Debra D. Tedesco, Esq. is experienced in various types of litigation, including commercial litigation, estate litigation, insurance coverage, reinsurance, judgment collection, bankruptcy, and family law matters. In addition to her litigation experience, Ms. Tedesco provides competent counsel for business formations and sales, the buying and selling of residential and commercial real estate and simple estate planning. Ms. Tedesco is also a trained and experienced family law mediator.

Ms. Tedesco practiced for several years at one of New Jersey’s largest and most prestigious law firms. There, Ms. Tedesco gained invaluable training and mentoring and represented primarily large corporations and high net worth individuals. While practicing at a large law firm, Ms. Tedesco learned that attention to detail, hard work and thorough preparation are the keys to the success of any litigation, business transaction or mediation. Ms. Tedesco carried that principle with to her own firm from 2012 to 2018 and now to O’Connor, Parsons, Lane and Noble, LLC. Ms. Tedesco provides her individual clients with the same level of service that she afforded her large corporate clients.

Ms. Tedesco earned her Bachelors of Science Degree, with honors, from Rutgers University. While at Rutgers University, Ms. Tedesco was a Merit Scholar and inducted into several Honors Societies. She went on to receive her Juris Doctorate degree from Rutgers School of Law.

When she is not practicing law, Ms. Tedesco is active in the community. She currently serves as member of the Essex Fells Board of Education. She is the former President of the Essex Fells Foundation for Educational Excellence, a non-profit organization that funds cultural and educational enrichment programs. Ms. Tedesco also serves as a member of her community’s Recreation Foundation.
