3 Adults and 2 Children Injured in Grocery Store Crash

JERSEY CITY, NJ (1/3/2020) — Several people were injured in a car accident in Jersey City on Friday night.

The accident occurred in the parking lot of a grocery store around 5 p.m. at Martin Luther King Drive and Orient Avenue. 

The driver of an SUV lost control of their vehicle and accidentally went into reverse, pinning two children and three adults against a gate in front of a grocery store.

According to the Jersey City police, all injuries to the victims are not life-threatening.

The investigation of the crash is still ongoing, but no criminal charges are suspected.
