The office is closed on all city holidays.

Send your request via mail, Attn: Records, 1 Main Street, Woodbridge, NJ 07095. There is a $2 fee for reports requested through the mail.

- Accident reports are not available online at this time.
- The fee for a Vehicle Crash Report is $0.50 per page.
