Two Dead in Two-Vehicle Collision, Springfield Township

Springfield Township, NJ (12/09/2019) - Two trucks collided early Monday morning in Burlington County. The crash happened on Route 68 around 6 am. 

One person died at the scene, and the other died at the hospital. Police identified one driver as Correctional Police Office Chelsea Woods, 26. 

Woods drove her Ford F-350 home from work when her truck collided with a Ford F-150. Rogaciano Zecua-Zamora, 53, drove the other vehicle. He died at the scene. EMTs transported his passenger to a local hospital with severe injuries. 

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
