Linden, NJ -- A tractor-trailer hit a fire truck Tuesday morning. The crash happened on an exit from the NJ Turnpike to the Wood Avenue Emergency Access Road around 9 am.
There were three firefighters on board at the time of the collision. Paramedics transported all three firefighters to Neward University Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the tractor-trailer walked away without injury.
New Jersey state police are investigating the accident.
