Three Teens Injured in Wrong-Way Crash in Bedminster

Bedminster, NJ (12/07/2019) - Three people suffered critical injuries in a wrong-way crash on Saturday. The collision happened near Route 78 on Rattlesnake Bridge Road. They crashed around 3:47 pm.

Emergency Responders rescued three occupants from the 2002 Toyota Corolla. Paramedics transported all three 18-year-olds to area hospitals with severe injuries. 

Bedminster Town Police, with the aid of the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office, investigated the scene. The investigation showed the vehicle traveled at a high rate of speed northbound in the southbound lanes. The car collided with the bridge abutment.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the Collision Analysis Reconstruction Team.
