WOODBRIDGE, NJ (2/1/2020) – A Piscataway man died Saturday night in a collision with a tractor-trailer off of Garden State Parkway.
According to New Jersey State Police Trooper Alejandro Goez, the accident occurred around 7:04 p.m. on Saturday on the southbound Parkway by exit 129 in Woodbridge Township.
Two vehicles were involved in the crash. Goez reported that the tractor-trailer was disabled on the shoulder of the road when a Lexus ES hit the rear of the tractor-trailer.
The driver of the Lexus, 46-year-old Emmanuel Emeana, died at the scene of the crash. The driver of the tractor-trailer did not sustain any injuries.
The accident is currently under investigation by the New Jersey State Police Crime Scene Investigation Unit and the Fatal Accident Unit.
