Warren County Rollover

Warren County, NJ -- Two people were injured after a rollover crash Sunday morning. The accident took place on the 300 block of Bloomsbury Road in Franklin Township.

An eye witness reports that the car crashed into a fence and a horse wagon before flipping over. The driver headed south in a Pontiac G6 on Bloomsbury Road when the vehicle left the road for unknown reasons.

Franklin Township Fire Department’s Emergency Services transported one female passenger to a landing zone and then airlifted her to St. Lukes University Hospital in Mountain Hill. A Greenwich Rescue Squad transported the other occupant to the same hospital.

A trooper with the New Jersey State Police Washington barracks could not provide more information about the accident. The crash remains under investigation.

We want to express our condolences to those affected by this tragic car accident. These types of accidents are all too common in New Jersey. Unfortunately, they take a lot of time and resources to investigate. Once the cause of the crash is determined, and the person or party at fault is identified, charges can be brought forward.
