Millstone, NJ — A man has died after the Jeep he was driving went off the road and hit a tree Monday night Sept. 16th in Monmouth County, said New Jersey State Police.
Reports say police responded to the crash at about 10:45 p.m. Monday on Route 254 in Millstone.
Gary Amatrudo Jr., 34, of Clarksburg, was pronounced dead at the scene, said police.
Amatrudo was the only person and vehicle involved in the crash, police said.
Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
Amatrudo was a U.S. Army veteran who served in Iraq and Afghanistan.
