2 Men Injured in Crash on Southbound Route 1
Woodbridge, NJ — Two people were seriously injured in a crash along Route 1 on the morning of Tuesday, August 6th. The accident occurred at 4:15 a.m. on Route 1 southbound when an Infiniti collided with a Ford Explorer as it made a left turn off of Route 1 north.
Both drivers, one 29 and the other 25, were taken to Newark University Hospital with serious injuries. The identities of the drivers have not been released.
The Linden Police Department is continuing to investigate the crash and urges anyone with more information to contact Investigator Miesko Niedziolka at (908) 474-8505.
