Lafayett, NJ – One man was killed in a fatal head-on collision late Monday, August 5th along Route 94. According to authorities, a tow truck crossed the center line and collided with a Honda Civic carrying James Ziniewicz, 43, Alisha Jackson, 31, and Bassirou Diaite, 33.
Ziniewicz was pronounced dead at the scene, while his passengers were taken to the hospital with injuries of unknown severity. The tow truck driver, 29-year-old Joseph Crilley, sustained minor injuries.
Potential causes for the crash are unknown and authorities are continuing to investigate.
