Race discrimination and retaliation for two former African American employees.
In this case, two former African American employees alleged racial discrimination and violation of the Family and Medical Leave Act at their place of employment. Further, our clients alleged they were dismissed from their job for making complaints regarding discriminatory comments made to one of them, which is a retaliation prohibited by law.
